Check your phone number
Make sure you have entered your country code and phone number correctly and omit any leading zeroes. -
Check your network
Poor network connection may be a reason. Confirm that you are within range of your mobile network and can receive SMS messages. -
Contact your mobile carrier to check your plan
You may want to reach out to your carrier provider and confirm that your plan as it could impact the types of messages you can receive. Make sure you can receive business or transactional notifications. Cheaper plans may not support receiving verification texts. If you're unsure, don't hesitate to contact your carrier and inquire about the message types allowed under your current plan. -
Check your SMS settings
The messages may be blocked by your phone.- Steps for Android:
- Open the Messages app on your phone
- Tap More options (the three dots), and go to Settings.
- Confirm that you did not block messages from from unknown senders, and if so, disable the option.
- Steps for iOS:
- Go to the Settings > Messages
- Check Message Filtering and tap Unknown & Spam
- Confirm that you did not block messages from from unknown senders, and if so, disable the option.

Disable your VPN
Temporarily turn off your VPN, and check if you receive the code.
